Yes. Logos, mascots, lettering, patterns and other brand elements can all be incorporated into a custom sock design. Send us what you have and our design team will determine the best way to translate it onto the sock.

Often, yes. Vector files are preferred, with .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or vector .PDF being the ideal formats. We can also work with high-quality PNG or JPEG files if that’s what you have. Send us the best version available and our design team will review it and let you know if anything else is needed.

Not always. Knit socks build your artwork using coloured yarn, so extremely small details, gradients or intricate artwork may need to be simplified. Printed constructions allow greater detail and colour flexibility. If your artwork is better suited to another construction, our design team will recommend the option that will reproduce it best.

Yes. Free design support and unlimited revisions are included, so we can adjust text, colours, graphics, placement and other design elements until you are happy with the final proof.

We can work with photographs, but we generally recommend simplifying them into a cleaner graphic, illustration, or silhouette for the best result on a sock. Realistic photo detail can be difficult to reproduce clearly, depending on the design and sock construction. Our design team can help determine the best approach.

Depending on the product, options can include ankle, quarter, crew, and knee-high lengths, along with knit or printed artwork. Yes. You can split your order across multiple sizes as long as each size meets the 30-pair minimum. For example, a 30-pair order can only be one size, while a 60-pair order could be split into two sizes at 30 pairs each.

Production time depends on the sock style, construction, quantity and current production schedule. Many standard projects are planned around approximately 3 weeks after final design approval, although some products or larger projects may require additional time. We’ll confirm your expected timeline before production begins.

Your production timeline begins after your final design and order details are approved. Once your socks are completed and ready to leave our facility, your order contact can provide the latest shipping information. If you already have an active order, reply to your existing Custom Lab contact for the most accurate update.

Rush production may be possible depending on your quantity, required date, and current production capacity. Send us your in-hands date as early as possible and we’ll confirm what is achievable, including whether additional rush charges apply.

Yes. If we have previously produced your socks, send us your previous project or order information along with the quantity you need. We can pull up the existing design and confirm current pricing and production timing for the reorder.
